and refunds policy
Shipping costs are free for the whole of Spain. For Europe it has a cost of 9 € and outside Europe 15 €, which is applied to the final amount of the order.
The package will arrive at your home through the company Correos de España by CERTIFIED LETTER.
You will receive the package at the address you indicated on your order form, please make sure you write the details correctly, if there is an error in the address I cannot be responsible for its arrival.
If you are not at home, the postman will leave you a “parcel collection notice” indicating which post office the parcel is at, you have two weeks to collect it from the post office otherwise it will be returned to my address. The next time I send it to you, you will have to pay the postage costs.
Delivery of the order
The processing and delivery time is 4 to 6 working days for mainland Spain and 7 to 8 working days for Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands.
Orders outside Spain will take between 8 to 30 days depending on the country.
If you have not received your order within these delivery times, please send me an email so that I can investigate what is happening.
If you need your order to arrive before these deadlines, please let me know so that I can arrange another delivery method.
If the package arrives opened or in bad conditions you should not accept it, notify the company Correos de España and contact me.
Exchange and Return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it.
Before making a return, please contact me, I will be happy to help you and suggest the most appropriate solution.
If it is my mistake, I will assume the return or exchange costs, being the customer’s responsibility if it has been a mistake on their part in the selection of the model or options.
Make sure you select the size, model or option of the articles before finalising your purchase and remember that you can ask me any questions you may have.
For returns and exchanges I ask you to please send the item properly packaged (as you received it) and send it as a registered letter by Correos de España.
In case of return the refund will be made within a period not exceeding 15 days.
If it is an exchange you will receive your new package in about 4 days.

Please remember that due to the artisan process used to make each of these jewels, it is possible that some of the colours or shapes of the articles may vary slightly from the images shown on the website.
All items are handmade, and all materials are treated in an environmentally friendly way. Leather tanned in this way has a pungent aroma that will fade with use. It may also have freckles or natural marks characteristic of the leather, these being the best way to re-know that the product is authentic.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
CARD: you can make your payment with any type of card through the PAYPAL system. Paypal is a 100% secure system and the most used on the Internet.
BANK TRANSFER: At the end of the order you will see the bank details where to make the payment. The shipment will be made once the transfer is confirmed.
At the end of the purchase, you will receive an EMAIL confirmation of your order. You will receive another EMAIL when the shipment is sent by post. You can also receive notices by CANCELLATION, REFUND…. if something has gone wrong with the payment, address or other reasons.

STEPS TO MAKE A PURCHASE:
Choose the product and design your ecological jewellery with the different options (size, colour, type of piece or beads, …).Decide the quantity you want to buy and click on “ADD TO CART”.
If you want to buy more than one item of the same product but with different sizes and options, you have to add them to the cart one by one.
When you have finished buying all the products you want you must “GO TO CART” and finalize your purchase.
